Paulo and Bill Restaurant originated in 1996. We were one of the first restaurants in western Shawnee. The history behind our name is a restaurant that features Italian food with an American twist.
Our décor is warm and cozy; featuring dark wood with subtle colors of red, green, blue and gold. Alternating rough textures of burlap, a series of prints, and sections of linen fabric with a colorful pattern of kitchen bookcases give our dining room a comfortable, yet artsy feel. Our brick pizza oven stands dominant in the bar area, with a wall of windows separating the open kitchen from a two level dining room.
“Fresh” and “Made from Scratch”, applies to everything on our menu. It showcases favorite Italian classics such as Lasagna, Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala that were specially developed to provide a unique taste. We also have a large section of “American” options, such as fresh fish, hand-trimmed steak and great tasting salads. Our pizza oven is wood burning and also adds that extra special something to our pizzas.
Because our menu is almost all made to order, we have a great flexibility to accommodate guests who are gluten-free, dieting or those who have special requests.
