For businesses using eGiftia for their Facebook Lead Ads, eGiftia.com collects name, email, phone and birthday for visitors who opt-in to the lead ad shown on Facebook. For businesses using eGiftia for their Facebook Messenger bot, eGiftia.com collects the name of the visitor who interacts with the bot directly from Facebook, and will prompt the visitor to reply with their email, phone and birthday. In both cases, this data is used to create a subscriber within the business's eGiftia account for the purposes of follow-up marketing (sending special offers on their birthday, etc..). Businesses who no longer wish to utilize eGiftia.com for these services may request that their data collected via Facebook be deleted by logging into Facebook and navigating to your Facebook profile's Business Integrations settings, or by clicking the following link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools§ion=active and follow the prompts to submit a data-deletion request to eGiftia. eGiftia will then delete all Lead-Ad data and Messenger Bot data associated with the App-Scoped User ID provided by Facebook in the deletion request. Businesses can also manually request that data be deleted by submiting a ticket to eGiftia or by emailing email@example.com.
