Allow your Patrons to scan your QR Code and add themselves to your Waitlist. Patrons can then be taken to a landing page to become a VIP by simply entering their email address. If your Staff has added them via your eGiftia dashboard, you can automatically send them a second text with your VIP signup link. Your staff will send personalized text messages and/or phone calls when they are ready to seat their party.
Customize Your Reservation Rewards
Create unlimited reward deals for your daily specials, breakfast, lunch, happy hours and dinner. Customize your hourly schedule with any black-out days and holidays, so the time slots and deals will automatically be removed. Up to three reservation reminders can be sent days and hours prior to their reservation, with the option to reschedule or cancel.
