ONE WOMAN'S MISSION, FOUNDED IN HEALTH As a Nutritionist and Health Advocate, I was concerned about the limited number of healthy snack options on the market for my children – snacks loaded with refined sugars, salt, hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors and colorings, and ingredients that were unrecognizable. Because of this, I decided to develop my own healthy cookie recipes that my kids would love to eat. I needed to be creative so that there would be tons of flavor and taste, but with the right texture. I also wanted to be mindful about the top allergens, especially Gluten and diary. I began experimenting with different ingredients, and within one year, I finally came up with our flagship recipe – Sunshine Blend! Since that first recipe 7 years ago, I have developed five more flavors that are equally loved by kids and adults alike. Now, it’s not only my own family that enjoys these delicious cookies, but people all across the country. I am very excited to be able to share these cookies with everyone, and provide a healthier alternative that not only tastes great but is good for you!
