The reservation portal can follow each customer from the time they check-in to when they are finished. Staff can view the deal they may be receiving, and they can view any notes about their special occasion or needs. Once they are on the wait list you can send them a text notification when their table is ready. You can open their redemption page without them using the Transfer To Staff button. Determine how soon before their reservation time that their redemption page becomes active.


Redeem eGifts & Offers In The Transfer To Staff Web App
When customers would like to redeem an eGift or special offer over the phone, or don’t want it redeemed on their phone, they can tap the Transfer To Staff button. Unlimited staff members can receive text and email notifications with a link to view the customer’s redemption page.

Signup Customers & Edit Points In The Loyalty Reward Web App
Your staff can enter the customer’s email or phone to start their loyalty rewards signup, and our system will ask for all of their info when they confirm. Points can be awarded once they complete their enrollment, and a special offer (that becomes valid the next day) can also be sent. Your staff can manually enter loyalty points, and view the customer’s point balance so they know how close they are to their next reward.
