Send A Happy Birthday Offer Before Their Birthday
Help your customers celebrate their birthday with a special offer. We recommend sending the offer a week prior to their birthday, with a 14 day expiration date. The first reminder is then scheduled to be sent in 7 days so you can wish them happy birthday, and a final reminder sent 2 days before it expires.
Send A ½ Birthday Offer On Their ½ Birthday
We recommend sending the ½ birthday offers on that day, with a 14 day expiration date. The first reminder is then scheduled to be sent in 7 days and a final reminder sent 2 days before it expires.
Send An Anniversary Offer Before Their Anniversary
Help your customers celebrate their anniversary with a special offer. We recommend sending the offer 10 days prior to their anniversary to allow for plans to be made, with a 20 day expiration date. The first reminder is then scheduled to be sent in 10 days so you can wish them happy anniversary, and a final reminder sent 3 days before it expires.
Send A Recovery Offer After Customer Inactivity
Help bring your lost customers back with a recovery offer. Offers are sent after a set number of days have passed since their last interaction. Multiple recovery offers can be scheduled to be sent the longer they continue to be inactive. We recommend a 14 day expiration date, with the first reminder sent in 7 days and the final reminder sent 2 days before it expires.
Send An Email Broadcast Offer To All Customers
Email newsletter broadcasts can be set to automatically resend each month on the same day and time. You can also select a bounce-back special offer to be sent, or you can create an independent offer. It can show the offer expiration date, but no reminders will be sent.
Send A Text Broadcast Offer To A Custom Tags List
As you build your subscriber list you can create custom tags and place your customers into groups. You can then send text broadcasts to the customers that engage with you the most, like customers that have generated the most revenue.
