3 Fundraiser Network Discount Offers

When you join the eGiftia Fundraising Network you will be asked to create your default Digital Discount Card Offer, and it will also create your own Promotional Offer that you can present on your website and share on your social media pages.

Once you are in your admin area, you can create two more Fundraiser Network Offers. These Fundraiser Network Offers will be presented on behalf of your business on every Fundraising Organization Website you choose to connect with within the network. A total savings amount is required when you create your Discount Offer so the system can automatically present the total savings of Digital Discount eGift Card at the time of purchase.

We know there are many different types of businesses, but we do ask that your Fundraiser Offer is valued at a discount of at least $5 or more. If your business sells lower priced items, you could offer something like $5 off a purchase of $25 or more, or purchase a $25 gift card for only $20.

Create your own Promotional Offer for FREE and present it at your location, on your website, and all of your social media pages!

You can present a Promotional Offer and place it on your website with the iFrame code generated in your admin area. Your Promotional Offer generates a Splash Page (or Landing Page) and a customizable link where patrons can opt-in to receive your offer. Utilizing your Splash Page link provides the perfect way to promote your Promotional Offer on all of your social media pages.

Your Promotional Offer features a dynamic start and expiration date based on when the offer is sent, or you can select a fixed calendar expiration date. You can also choose to send a dynamic email notification reminding them when the expiration date is.


You Are Paid Weekly Via PayPal

Should you choose to also present eGift Card or Special offers to be sold on your connected Fundraiser Websites, you will be paid on those sales weekly. Proceeds from your eGift Card and Special Offer sales, minus the percentage you donated to each Organization and the eGiftia Transaction Fee (based on your plan), will be deposited to your PayPal account. Businesses are required to enter their EIN/Tax Number and the PayPal email address for your business bank account.

80% of your weekly sales will be paid the following week, and the final 20% is paid the fourth week after the weekly sales. Weekly sales are tallied from Sunday night at midnight to 11:59 the following Sunday. 25% is held for four weeks as a deposit to repay any potential return requests.

For Example: If you have a Bronze Plan and you sell a $100 eGift Card and you donate 10% to the Fundraising Organization that sold it, you will receive a PayPal payment of $80. $10 is paid to the Fundraising Organization and $10 for the eGiftia Bronze Plan Transaction Fee. $64 will be paid the first week after the sale is made and the final $16 is paid after the fourth week of the sale


Unlimited Organizations Can Sell Your Special Offers Or eGift Cards

After you sign up your Business you will be sent a confirmation email from eGiftia with your login information. Once you login to your account you will be able to click on the Connect button in the main menu. You will be presented with a map that is centered to your Business address. From that center point, you can search for Organizations that are within 4, 8, 16 or 32 miles from your Business.

You can also search by the Organization Type. So if you only want to look for Schools & PTA, or only for Non-Profits, you can do that. Once you locate the Organizations you would like to Connect with, simply click the Connect button and they will immediately receive an email from eGiftia to confirm your request. Once they confirm your request, your Profile and Special Offer or eGift Card will instantly be added to their Organization Fundraising Website.

If you know of a Organization that you would like to connect with and you are not able to find them within the eGiftia Network, you can simply enter the Fundraising Organization Name and Email Address and eGiftia will send them a connection request from your Business. Once the Organization signs up (Always For Free!) your Business Profile will be added to their Organization Fundraising Website and they can begin selling your Special Offers or eGift Cards.

You are also able to view every individual eGift Card you have sold, as well as the amount remaining on each eGift Card and the date and amount for each redemption.

Once you know which Organization is working the hardest to sell your eGift Cards, you might want to reach out to them and talk about creating an Event to promote your eGift Card sales. The Event can ran for a day or a number of weeks, and it's a great way to reward the Organization for their hard work by adjusting the donation percentage during the Event. It's a Win-Win!

You can elect to receive email notifications every time any Organization sells one of your eGift Cards, and each time one of your eGift Cards has been redeemed at your Business.

Sales email notifications will include the Organization that sold it and the amount of the eGift Card sale, as well as the name of the purchaser and the person they sent it to if they bought it as a gift. Redemption email notifications will include the Organization that sold it and the amount of the eGift Card redemption.

For Example: If someone purchased a $100 eGift Card and only redeemed $60 during their visit, a $40 balance will be left on their eGift Card. Their eGift Card page will show the transaction history for every redemption amount and the date of their purchases.

You can create an unlimited number of Offers with your eGiftia marketing system. So what happens when one of your Patrons takes advantage or doesn't take advantage of one of your Offers? You send them a Follow-Up Offer!

If a Patron redeems one of your Offers, you can immediately send them a new Bounce Back Offer. If a Parton lets an Offer expire without taking advantage of your Offer, you can immediately send them a Bounce Back Offer.

Every time a patron purchases one of your eGift Cards, Special Offers, or takes advantage of one of your Bounce Back Offers, their email address is a required entry field.

Email Broadcast Offers allow you reach out and reconnect with all of your Patrons. Broadcast Offers can be sent immediately or scheduled to send in the future. You can select a dynamic expiration date based on when the offer is sent or a fixed calendar expiration date, and how many times it can be redeemed.

You can offer an in-store Check-In App for your local businesses, branded with your logo and colors. If a first-time check-in reward email has been set up for the business, then a Patron may now optionally check-in with their phone number. If a match is found on their phone number during check-in, points will be awarded. If no matching phone number is found, they will receive a text message which will start the onboarding process. Upon completion they will receive the reward via email.

Restaurants, doctor's offices or any other type of business that involves waiting can use the Ready-Notification App to notify patrons via text message when the business is ready for their party. This can reduce the dependence upon expensive pagers commonly used at restaurants.

As soon as the business is ready for their party, a staff member can click the Notify button in the app which will send a text message to the customer and will mark them as notified. If they don't report right away, you can resend the notification. Once the customer reports, you can mark the customer as fulfilled.
